| Ronald Buzza Gilchrist passed away peacefully March
11, 1995, at the age of 90 years. He was predeceased
by his wife Helen and daughter Bev Anderson. He will
be sadly missed by his daughter Cheryl Gonzales of
Denver, sister Mrs. A. T. (Jean) Kramer of Calgary,
grandchildren, Shelley, (Frank) van Doom, Calgary,
Bob (Mary) Anderson, Calgary, Christie Gonzales, San
Diego, Scott Gonzales, New Hampshire and two great grandchildren.
Ron was born December 16, 1904 in Keewatin,
Ontario and resided in Hanna, Alberta for a number of
years before moving his family to Calgary in 1952. He
retired from the CN Railway after fifty years of service
as the Superintendent of Motive Power and Equipment.
Ron was a lifetime member of the Masons and the Elks
Club.
Memorial Services will be held at the Pleasant Heights
United Church on Wednesday March 15, 1995 at 1:30
P.M., the Rev. Doug Cowan officiating.
