John Hartt and Catherine

 

 

John Hartt  was born on December 16, 1826 to Aaron Hartt and Mary Sweeney Hartt in Nelson, New Brunswick.

 

John Hartt married Catherine Lucy Crockett in a ceremony officiated by Reverend James Hudson .  Catherine was born on August 27, 1831, in Saint Stephen, Charlotte, New Brunswick.  Catherine's parents were Joseph Crockett and Susannah Crocker.

 

John was a cobbler from Nelson Parish, later, renamed Derby, Northumberland County, New Brunswick.  He was an Episcopalian and lived in Millerton, New Brunswick.
